When he finally did, he admitted he should’ve told her. “Maybe things would be different,” he said. “I still want a second chance.”
That felt real. It wasn’t dramatic. Just quiet regret. This subplot works because it’s about two people who made mistakes, not big conspiracies. The show needs more of this. But we’re 10 episodes in now. And the pacing is starting to hurt the story. The same people suffer. The same villains win. Viewers can feel the tension, but they also feel stuck.
This episode had strong moments, but the script is playing it too safe. It’s not bad. But it could be better. If the team keeps getting hurt while the villains smile in every scene, people might stop caring. Viewers want stakes. But they also want a win sometimes. That balance is missing.
