BTS’ Jimin, currently serving in the military, recently shared an update with fans. On January 29, he posted on Weverse, reflecting on his service and daily routine.
Jimin mentioned that he enlisted in December 2023, and time has moved quickly. He has now been serving for about a year and two months. According to him, military life feels different from what he expected. Days pass by in a routine—training, working, exercising, and then heading to bed to repeat the same schedule the next day.
Although military service is challenging, he sees it as a period of learning. He looks forward to sharing stories with fans once he returns. He assured everyone that, despite the hardships, he was doing well.
Conversations with Jungkook and Future Plans
Jimin also revealed that his conversations with Jungkook have changed as they prepare for life after discharge. With their return getting closer, they have been discussing their future, including what kind of performances they will bring and how they want to evolve as artists.
Despite his excitement, Jimin admitted that he feels a little nervous. It has been a while since BTS performed together, and he wonders what it will feel like to step back on stage. However, his determination remains strong. He promised to work hard and deliver an incredible performance for ARMY.
He ended his message with heartfelt words for fans. He expressed how much he misses them and thanked them for their constant support. Jimin hopes everyone stays healthy and happy until they can meet again. He also wished fans a Happy New Year and sent them his love.
Jimin and Jungkook enlisted together in December 2023. They are expected to complete their military service and return in June 2025.
